Because we like to keep things playful. And a little rebellious. There’s *no dairy* and *no processed sugar* in our ice cream, so naturally... we named it the opposite of what it is. It makes us laugh and hopefully you too. Life’s too short to take desserts too seriously. Read more about the name here.
We *love* cows. We just don’t need their milk. Dairy can cause inflammation in a lot of
people, Amanda included, so she went on a mission to find something better. The answer? A dreamy, creamy combo of coconuts and cashews that tastes insanely delicious *without* the belly aches. It's indulgence, upgraded.
Amanda, the owner, is a certified Reiki Master who learned you can infuse anything (yes, even ice cream) with calm, healing energy. Every batch is made with intention - meant to uplift, nourish, and bring some *real* good vibes into your day. Think of it as dessert... with a little magic stirred in.
We keep it clean and intentional. As we grow, we’re partnering with amazing producers who share our no-nonsense approach to food. Right now, we use small-batch, organic or pure ingredients with *zero gums, fillers, or weird stuff*.
Our coconut cream comes straight from Sri Lanka and includes only two things: coconut + water. Just like it should be.
We are a small (but mighty!) company, so catering is handled case-by-case. But here’s the thing - we *love* a good collab.
